You’ll love this easy homemade feta spread for all your salads, bowls, wraps, burgers, or even sandwiches! It’s such an easy sauce to whip up and keep in the fridge all week long to add that little something extra to all your meals.

Ingredients for Roasted Red Pepper Feta Spread
This recipe has a few simple ingredients that work great together to make the perfect spread, and you can find the ingredients at most grocery stores!
One thing that you’ll always find in my recipes when garlic is listed as an ingredient (which is a lot of them because garlic 👏) is “frozen garlic cubes.”
That’s because I LOVE the Dorot brand frozen garlic, and I’ve been using them forever, but I know it can’t be found everywhere. I prefer this over the jarred minced garlic. Of course, you can use whatever you prefer, but the frozen garlic cubes save me an extra step of mincing fresh garlic.
Here’s what you need to make this feta spread:
- Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- Low Fat Feta
- Jarred Roasted Red Peppers
- Frozen garlic cubes (or fresh clove)
- Lemon Juice
- Water (obviously, you don’t have to add this to your grocery list, but it’s in the sauce, ha.)

If you don’t know already, my weekly meal plan will automatically generate a grocery list for you for all your weekly meals! Simply choose the meals you want (or use the menu that I already created for you), then click ‘get ingredients,’ and it’ll add all the groceries you need to the store of your choice to your online cart (think Walmart, Kroger, etc).
It makes it so easy and that way you NEVER forget to add an ingredient to your cart or shopping list. So much better. I love pulling this Roasted Red Pepper Feta Spread from the 200+ recipe database and adding it to the meal plan, so it can add all the ingredients to my cart for me. Easy.
How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Feta Spread
This feta spread is so easy to make and SO yummy. It’s the perfect spread to accompany all your meals all week long.
One of my biggest tips for eating macro-friendly is to keep a homemade macro-friendly sauce (or two) in the fridge at all times. If you have a store-bought macro-friendly sauce that you love, that’s great too–but I’ve never found one that tastes great to me. So I love having a few different sauce recipes on hand to whip up for all my bowls, salads, tacos, etc.
And this feta spread could not be easier to make!

Here’s how to make this Roasted Red Pepper Feta Spread:
- Make the sauce. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy! Use this feta spread on sandwiches, wraps, and burgers, or scoop a spoonful onto salads and bowls!
If you don’t already have a blender that you love, you cannot go wrong with this Ninja Twisti Blender. It’s so easy to use and blends so well. I know finding a good blender can be hard, and this one has worked SO well for my family. Use what you have, but if you’ve been looking to upgrade, this one is the one. I used to use a Vitamix, but since using my two Ninja blenders (this Twisti and a personal IQ one) I’ve never looked back. And I use it nightly for my GIANT chocolate protein nightly shake (IYKYK).
Is this Roasted Red Pepper Feta Spread Gluten-free and Dairy-free?
This recipe is naturally gluten-free, but it isn’t dairy-free. Luckily, the swaps for this one are SO easy. If you’d like to try this with no dairy, I love swapping Forager plant-based sour cream for yogurt and Follow Your Heart dairy-free feta for the feta. And that’s it!
Most of my recipes are either gluten-free or dairy-free or have super simple swaps. I’m constantly posting new recipes to the blog and usually send a quick email once a week with updates, so you never miss a recipe!

This recipe can be used in so many different ways and is SO versatile. Different ways to use this feta spread include:
- Crunch wraps
- Sandwiches
- Bowls
- Salads
- Wraps

For a more structured recipe, you could follow this Blackened Chicken Sandwich and switch the whipped herbed feta for this yummy feta spread instead. Of course, either one is GREAT but sometimes it’s fun to switch it up. Then just pair with a simple side salad or whatever you like to pair with sandwiches (chips, roasted potatoes, carrot fries, etc).
