About This Recipe

It’s no secret that I love Baker and Olive’s White Balsamic Vinegars. I’ve used them forever, and I waste no energy telling everyone how amazing they are. I can’t tell you how many people message me telling me they wish they had tried them sooner! I love to add the vinegar to my salads all by itself or mix it into a yummy dressing, like in this Sweet Mustard Lemon Vinaigrette.

We keep this Sweet Mustard Lemon Vinaigrette in the fridge for salads all week long, and when I go out, I usually take a small bottle of Baker and Olive’s Peach or Lemon Vinegar with me. I’m not saying YOU have to do that…but just to let you know, when I say I’m obsessed. I mean, I’m OBSESSED.
This dressing is light, tangy, and so easy to make. It was originally written to pair with my Winter Citrus Salad, but it is delicious on any of my salads, bowls, or grilled meats!

Ingredients and Substitutions

  • White balsamic vinegar: The star of the dressing! I love using fruity vinegars from Baker and Olive. They add incredible flavor and are only 3 carbs per tablespoon, no added sugars, and SO sweet and amazing. I use it on almost every salad, even all by itself. But if you don’t have it, any light balsamic will work just fine.
  • Dijon mustard: Adds a subtle tang and helps the dressing blend together smoothly.
  • Olive oil: Use a high-quality olive oil here. If you want to keep this dressing much lighter, you can reduce the olive oil to just one tablespoon.
  • Kosher salt: A generous pinch of kosher salt to bring it all together.

Notes: I love this made with the lemon, peach, pineapple, mango, probably ANY of the Baker and Olive white balsamics. They are all GAME CHANGERS for your dressings.
