Ingredients

  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt 120g
  • 2 oz low fat feta 56g
  • ½ cup jarred roasted red peppers drained (80g)
  • 1 frozen garlic cube or fresh clove
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice 15g
  • 1 Tbsp water 15g

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Use on sandwiches, wraps, burgers, or spooned onto salads and bowls!

Notes

GF/DF: If you’d like to try this with no dairy, I love swapping Forager plant-based sour cream for yogurt and Follow Your Heart dairy-free feta for the feta.
