Roasted Red Pepper Feta Spread

- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt 120g
- 2 oz low fat feta 56g
- ½ cup jarred roasted red peppers drained (80g)
- 1 frozen garlic cube or fresh clove
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice 15g
- 1 Tbsp water 15g
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Use on sandwiches, wraps, burgers, or spooned onto salads and bowls!
