Everyone needs a quick and easy way to add flavor. And when I say add flavor, I mean adding in flavor GENEROUSLY while keeping things light. That’s why I LOVE sauces! I’m no elitist when it comes to sauce, which is why I’ve got so many favorite macro-friendly sauces. Check them out!

Honey Chipotle Creamy Vinaigrette

This macro-friendly honey chipotle creamy vinaigrette quick is so easy to make and store in the fridge to drizzle on all your salads and bowls! GENEROUSLY. Which we know matters to me. My family also loves this honey chipotle creamy vinaigrette drizzled on tacos too. Let’s be honest…we love it on everything!

Calabrian Chili Mayo

Treat yourself to something yummy and try this macro-friendly Calabrian chili mayo. It’s my new favorite. I’ve been spreading it on my wraps, sandwiches, tacos, and my fried egg BLT. Trust me, you are going to love it!

Cilantro Pepita Sauce

This macro-friendly cilantro pepita sauce is a new favorite! It’s fresh and herby. But a little Mexican-y. It’s super easy and will fit ANYONE’s macros. Plus, it’s rich in flavor! You could probably drink it if you really wanted to! It’ll hardly make a dent. This macro-friendly cilantro pepita sauce is one of the best ways to add flavor. Just drizzle it on anything!

Green Goddess Dressing

This macro-friendly green goddess dressing is legit. It’s full of all the fresh, vibrant flavors of a green goddess dressing… but of course, it’s not your typical olive-oil rich recipe! It’s lightened up to be the best macro-friendly dressing or drizzle. Do yourself a favor and use this macro-friendly green goddess dressing on everything! And use LOTS— it’s essentially salad.

Spicy Peanut Ginger Vinaigrette

I consider it a lucky day when I find this spicy peanut ginger vinaigrette on the shelf! In the interest of keeping things light, it’s not as rich and peanut buttery as a traditional peanut dressing, but you can always add more peanut butter or some oil to your liking! If you’re looking for the perfect macro-friendly drizzle for any sorta-Asian-inspired salad, bowl, or grilled meat, this spicy peanut ginger vinaigrette is mine. Super easy– pretty much whisk and enjoy.

Dairy-free Green Sauce

This delicious, macro-friendly, dairy-free green sauce is another one of my all-time favorites! When I was in the middle of figuring out some gut stuff, I had to take a break from gluten and dairy, but I did NOT want to take a break from my favorite jalapeño avocado dressing. So, I made a few changes! This macro-friendly dairy-free green sauce is perfect for dipping, dunking, and drizzling, on so many of your favorite recipes! It’s easy to make, adds so much flavor to EVERYTHING, and it’s so easy on your macros which means you can go crazy. I don’t like to feel limited in my drizzling.

Oil-free Basil and Parsley Pesto

Different, of course, than your average pesto with loads of olive oil and parmesan. But the garlic, basil, and pine nuts of this oil-free basil and parsley pesto made it familiar, the parsley– just a little extra fresh and herby… the orange vinegar adds a hit of zesty fruitiness… and of course, the yogurt brought it all together and made it creamy without all of the fat! Use this oil-free basil and parsley pesto like all of my other favorite sauces…enjoy it on everything!

Cilantro Tomatillo Ranch

I’m not sure if there’s a limit on how many green sauces you can love, but I’m adding macro-friendly cilantro tomatillo ranch to the favorite sauce roster. It’s a full roster, but there’s always room for more, even if it’s another green sauce. Not only is this recipe for cilantro tomatillo ranch seriously YUM, but it’s also super easy. Which in my opinion makes it taste even better.

Lightened Up Chimichurri

I think the first time I ever made chimichurri was when I made brown sugar flank steak from How Sweet It Is and IT WAS NOT THE LAST! Of course, I made my own macro-friendly lightened up chimichurri with garlic, fresh herbs, vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes… so zippy and fresh and full of flavor. I could eat this on ANYTHING savory.  Seriously… I’ve done that test. Try me. Anything. Chicken, shrimp, rice, pasta, potatoes, salad… tacos… chips… so good.
