Looking for macro-friendly side dishes? Look no further! These are some of my favorite healthy, easy sides that add flavor, volume, and balance to any meal while helping you stay on track with your macros.

Roasted brussels sprouts on pan drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Sometimes when you’re counting macros, side dish recipes can feel like an afterthought, but they don’t have to be. The right side dish can add flavor, texture, and extra volume to your plate while still fitting seamlessly into your macro goals. Whether you’re looking to add volume, boost fiber, or simply round out your meal, these macro-friendly side dishes make it easy.

These are some of my favorite simple, delicious sides that pair well with just about any main dish. Think roasted vegetables, fresh salads, and satisfying veggie options that are flavorful, filling, and (most importantly) easy to prep.

Whether you’re meal prepping for the week or putting together a quick weeknight dinner, these sides help you build balanced plates without overthinking your macros.
