Ingredients

  • ½ cup Baker and Olive Lemon white balsamic vinegar 120g, or any other light balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil 60g
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard 30g
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  • Whisk or shake all of the ingredients together well.
  • Store the prepared vinaigrette in the fridge until ready to use. Enjoy it on all your favorite green salads!
