Finding gluten-free food that you love, can make ALL the difference if you’re trying to avoid gluten! I’ve tried a lot of products, and had some fails. But I’ve found so much stuff I love! I’m sharing what I consider the best– my favorite go-to gluten-free product list. I figured it was time to for them to live on the blog so we can all have easy access when we need it.

Gluten-free Bread Options

BFREE Bread

I love BFREE Foods Bake at Home Gluten-free Baguettes.  We love to cut them in half and broil or pan-toast with a little olive oil until NICE and toasty. From my experience, you can’t skimp on the toast with gluten-free breads. Don’t bother eating it dry and cold! But with a good toast, they’re so delicious and perfect for our Quick Chicken Philly Sandwiches, Pineapple Jalapeño Pork Sandwiches, Instant Pot Banh Mi Sandwiches, or Roasted Tomato Basil Chicken Sandwiches! I don’t even feel slided.

Schar GF Sourdough Rustic Loaf

Schar Gluten-free Sourdough Rustic Loaf is perfect to toast up and enjoy with soup or salad when my family is enjoying crusty bread. Toasting is of course, essential, and it comes unsliced so you can cut a nice big hunk if that’s what you’re going for! I love that it feels like you’re enjoying a piece of “real” bread. BUT– it’s also MY personal go-to for pretty much any sandwich, because I love that I have the control to slice it as thin as I possibly can, if I’d like to keep carbs lower while still creating a LARGE sandwich! We all know size matters to me.

I went through a phase where I ate this fried egg BLT on this sourdough loaf every single day. I can still smell the sourdough toasting on the pan with a little olive oil! SO GOOD.

Schar GF Ciabatta

Schar Gluten-free Ciabatta is another great gluten-free bread option. It’s the perfect size for a smaller sandwich or burger. I’ve also been known to slice the gluten-free Ciabatta roll thinner to get the carbs of one sandwich in two. Ha. It’s not that I’m worried about the carbs in one Ciabatta roll, I just like to make it stretch and enjoy more of the fillings. DO YOU GET ME.

Gluten-free Wrap Options

Trader Joe’s Egg Wraps

Ok. I’m obsessed with the Trader Joe’s egg wraps. If you follow on instagram, you might be annoyed because I’ve really drilled this one in. So many of you have tried them, raved about them, and shared my obsession. I like to crisp them up by sprinkling cheese right on my pan and then covering it immediately with the egg wrap. Let it

Straight out of the package, the wraps are bleh. But follow the tips in this recipe for my favorite cheese-fried egg-wrap breakfast taco ….and suddenly you can keep ALL of your favorite tacos, burritos, wraps, sandwiches, SUPER low in carbs if you’d like. It’s a game-changer. And I hate that term because it’s overused. But it’s true. Changes all of the games. Everywhere. I’m currently doing a keto phase and eating multiple egg wraps a day. Game CHANGED.

Eat Crepini Egg Wraps

Eat Crepini Egg Wraps are essentially the same thing, but they carry small one’s too that work PERFECT to fill in for your corn tortillas. I find mine at Sprouts!

BFREE Wraps

If you want an actual tortilla, BFREE Quinoa and Chia Seed Wraps are one of my favorites. They’ve got the best macros I’ve found for a gluten-free tortilla, with 13 carbs and 6 fiber.

Gluten-free Tortilla Option

Siete Tortillas

I don’t know why most gluten-free tortillas are so small! I was so happy when I found the burrito-sized Siete tortillas. I wouldn’t say the macros are anything amazing, but they’ve got really great, clean ingredients and are super delicious. We love all of the small options as well! The almond tortillas are our favorite, but the cassava option will be lower in fats.

Gluten-free Bar Options

My favorite gluten-free bars are Healthy Eating on the Go Bars! LOVE THESE. My favorite flavors are cranberry with an almond butter base, blueberry dark chocolate with a peanut butter base, cranberry with a peanut butter base, low-carb chia, blueberry chocolate almond butter, and dairy-free peanut butter. They have about 9-14 grams of protein per bar, so not as much as some traditional protein bars. But the ingredients are so good and if you love nut butter, they’re SO ADDICTING. If you want to try some, you can use my code, LILLIE for 10% off. That one’s not an affiliate code if that makes you trust me more haha. I’m just obsessed.

My Go-to Gluten-free Product List

Trying my hand at eating gluten-free for a while helped me find all of my favorite gluten-free products, but it also inspired me to organize the PLANNED cookbook in a new way. It has specific gluten-free (and dairy-free) options for those of us that need it.  If you’re looking for other gluten-free recommendations, make sure you’re hanging out with me on Instagram and TikTok.
