I love macro recipes because you have the chance to modify your meals according to your needs and goals. I recently shared my favorite gluten-free products list on the blog for those that are needing gluten-free modifications. And now it is time to share the top 7 dairy-free products for those who are looking for the best dairy-free food out there. I love having a place on the blog for these modifications so we can all have access when we need it.

#1 Forager Dairy-Free Sour Cream

At the top of this dairy-free list is Forager dairy-free sour cream. This sour cream is the perfect swap for getting that luxurious smooth texture in any of your soups and sauces. It has all the tang of traditional sour cream with simple, whole, and organic plant-based ingredients. I use Forager dairy-free sour cream in so many of my recipes… sauces, soups, etc.

#2 So Delicious Plain Coconut Yogurt

So Delicious plain coconut yogurt alternative is dairy-free, lactose-free, soy-free, and gluten-free…so many “frees”! I love using So Delicious dairy-free coconut yogurt when I am looking for a creamy texture. It’s a great swap to use in any recipe that calls for yogurt (plain or Greek). Next time you make honey chipotle creamy vinaigrette (or any creamy sauce) try it out.

#3 Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Feta

I know that Feta can be hit or miss for some people, but I LOVE it! It’s creamy and salty. The perfect topping for salads, wraps, tacos…pretty much anything. When using Follow Your Heart dairy-free feta, I can’t even tell that it’s dairy-free! It tastes just like regular feta (or dare I say, maybe even better). Try it out and tell me what you think!

#4 Trader Joe’s Dairy-Free Block Feta

While I love feta crumbles, I also love using feta in block form. Trader Joe’s dairy-free block feta is a great ingredient for making dishes like my baked feta cauliflower rice with shrimp or mushroom and thyme baked spaghetti squash. It’s a great swap for when you need your meal to be dairy-free.

#5 Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Parmesan

If you are looking for a delicious dairy-free substitution for parmesan cheese, you need to try Follow Your Heart dairy-free Parmesan. It looks and tastes just like “regular” shredded parmesan, but it’s plant-based. It will be perfect for your roasted carrot fries or to top your favorite salads!

In our house, a nightly shake is a MUST! It’s given me lots of time to find the best dairy-free protein powder. I absolutely LOVE Active Stacks protein powder, especially the chocolate! This protein powder is great in shakes, but it also makes great protein oats too! It’s made with beef protein instead of whey powder which makes it dairy-free and delicious.
