When purchasing an annual meal plan membership, you will have 14 days to cancel your membership for a full refund. Monthly memberships are non-refundable due to the immediate access to the meal plans and bonus content, but can be cancelled at any time. This is a subscription-based service and your credit card will be charged on a monthly or annual basis based on the enrollment date.
Your payment details will be sent securely through our servers to be processed using Stripe. Lillie Eats and Tells uses industry-standard 128-bit encryption to process all sensitive information.
Requesting a Refund
You are entitled to cancel your membership at any time, and a refund if it’s within 14 days of payment.
The easiest way to get a refund is by contacting us asking to cancel your membership and request a refund. If a dispute is started we can’t process a refund because the bank places the funds on a temporary hold and it can take up to 180 days to be resolved.
