  • 1 ½ cup daikon radish or jicama peeled julienne style (130g)
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped (55g)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint chopped (8g)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil chopped (8g)
  • ½ cup green onions chopped (22g)
  • 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar 15g
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice 15g
