Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil (5g)
  • 7 cups green cabbage, roughly chopped (455g)
  • 2 ½ Tbsp soy sauce (37g)
  • 1 frozen garlic cube, or mined clove
  • 2 tsp sriracha (8g)
  • ½ tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (2g)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Add chopped cabbage and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring a few times.
  • Add soy sauce, garlic, and sriracha and cook for another 1-3 minutes, or to desired level of tenderness. I like my cabbage to maintain a little crisp.
  • Turn off the heat, and sprinkle with Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds.
