Sesame Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups persian cucumbers sliced (450g)
  • ½ cup green onions chopped (32g)
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce 15g
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil 10g
  • 1 tsp sugar 4g
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar 30g
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. bagel seasoning or toasted sesame seeds (15g)

Instructions

  • Add everything to a bowl and combine well! Easy.
  • Enjoy as a simple snack, or throw on top of your Asian inspired rice bowls or salads.
