Ingredients
¾cuppineapple, diced small(150g)
1medium avocado, diced(100g)
1Persian cucumber, diced small (85g)
5radishes, diced small(80g)
½medium red onion, diced small(80g)
1small jalapeno, diced small(25g)
½cupcilantro, chopped(15g)
juice from a lime(15g)
¼tspgarlic powder
pinch of kosher salt to taste
Instructions
Using a knife (or an alligator chopper) dice the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
In a bowl, combine the diced ingredients with salt and lime juice.
