- 9 cups potatoes 1100g, chopped into large fries
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil 15g
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Chop potatoes into large fries, no need to peel. Add them to a large pot of salted boiling water. Boil, uncovered for about 15 minutes or until tender.
Carefully remove potatoes from water with a slotted spoon and lay them in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with paper towels. Pat them dry and transfer to a lightly oiled or parchment lined sheet pan. Spread them out so they’re not crowded. Spray or drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, garlic, and pepper. (Feel free to add paprika, onion powder, herbs, or any other seasonings you love if you want these more seasoned!)
Roast in a preheated 425℉ oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with a dipping sauce if you’d like!
