- ½ cup dairy free sour cream or yogurt I used Forager plant based sour cream (120 g)
- 2 frozen garlic cubes or minced clove (10 g)
- 2 ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar 37 g
- ¼ cup fresh dill (or your favorite herb) minced (10 g)
- pinch of salt and pepper
Whisk together all ingredients.
Store this herb yogurt dressing until ready to use. Use it on sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc.
With non-fat Greek yogurt, macros will be: 17cal, 1.2c, 0.2f, 2p, 0 fiber.
Both are so light it hardly matters unless you’re going to drink a jug of it haha. I actually prefer the non-dairy option as it’s not quite so tart. But both work!
