Creamy Apple Cider Vinaigrette

apple cider vinegar
60 g, white balsamic will work too

fat-free Greek yogurt

grainy Dijon mustard

fresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions
Whisk the first seven dressing ingredients together (apple cider vinegar through salt and pepper).
Then slowly add the oil while whisking.
Stir in the basil. OR shake it all in a jar!
