Ingredients

  • 1 avocado 105g
  • 2 Tbsp. lite mayo 30g
  • 1/4 cup low fat Greek yogurt 60g
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 45g
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard 10g
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup water 180g

Instructions

  • Blend everything until smooth. Store in the fridge for the week to use on salads and bowls! Or just toss a nice big family-style salad.

Notes

GF/DF: For dairy-free, I love using Forager plant-based sour cream in place of the yogurt.
