- 4 chicken breasts (820g)
- ⅓ cup non-fat Greek or dairy-free yogurt (100g)
- 2 frozen garlic cubes, or minced cloves
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Pound the thick side of your breasts to level them out a bit for more even cooking.
Mix together your yogurt, garlic, vinegar, and spices and pour it over your chicken breasts, coating them evenly. Let marinate from anywhere from 1-24 hours. Remove from the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking to let it come to room temp
Heat the air fryer for a minute and spray with a thin mist of oil. Air fry marinated breasts at 370 for 10-15 minutes, flipping about 7 minutes in. Tenderloins will only take about 5-8 minutes total.
