- 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed (448g)
- 1 tsp. Olive oil spray 5g
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ½ oz shaved parmesan cheese 14g
Bend and break a few asparagus at a time, allowing them to snap naturally. Discard the ends.
Spray your air fryer basket and then add the asparagus. Lightly mist the asparagus with olive oil, and then season with salt and pepper.
Air fry the asparagus at 370 degrees F for 3-5 minutes or until barely tender. Don’t overcook!
After taking the asparagus out of the air fryer, sprinkle it with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
Notes: Make sure to buy a little more asparagus than the recipe calls for since you’ll lose a chunk of the tough stem.
