10-Minute Air Fryer Asparagus with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed (448g)
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil spray 5g
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ oz shaved parmesan cheese 14g

Instructions

  • Bend and break a few asparagus at a time, allowing them to snap naturally. Discard the ends.
  • Spray your air fryer basket and then add the asparagus. Lightly mist the asparagus with olive oil, and then season with salt and pepper.
  • Air fry the asparagus at 370 degrees F for 3-5 minutes or until barely tender. Don’t overcook!
  • After taking the asparagus out of the air fryer, sprinkle it with parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Notes

Notes: Make sure to buy a little more asparagus than the recipe calls for since you’ll lose a chunk of the tough stem.
