Ingredients

Arugula Salad

  • 3 cups arugula (90g)
  • tsp flaky salt
  • 2 Tbsp shaved parmesan cheese (14g)

Arugula Salad Dressing

  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, a sweet fruity one if you have it! (15g)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (5g)

Instructions

  • Toss arugula in olive oil, vinegar, and flakey salt. Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy!
