Tasty, macro-friendly homemade dressing to top your favorite salad!

Ingredients
½cupnon-fat Greek yogurt120 g
½cupreduced-fat buttermilk120 g
2Tbsp.30g white balsamic vinegar (or sub champagne vinegar or even apple cider)
A big handful of fresh basil20 g
2clovesof garlicor frozen cubes
½tsp.onion powder
½a small avocado40 g
4Tbsp.shredded parmesan20 g
2Tbsp.fresh lemon juice30 g
1tsp.honey7 g
¾tsp.salt
¼tsp.pepper
Instructions
Blend or food-process all of the ingredients until smooth.
Store in the fridge until ready to use. Keeps for three to seven days. The dressing will thin out after freezing, but we still like to freeze some for later!
