Give your greens a quick chop and add to the bottom of a large bowl. Add cabbage and toss with ONE Tbsp of the dressing.
Top greens and cabbage with rice, warmed buffalo chicken, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, celery, and chopped avocado. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp of dressing and finish with a little extra hot sauce. Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
