Vanilla Chia Pudding

This vanilla chia pudding is the perfect light healthy dessert.

  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Cashew milk
  • 1/2 scoop CSE vanilla protein powder (15 g)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional toppings (log your own)

  • 1/2 cup Diced strawberries (85 g)
  • 3 Tbsp Almond milk whipped cream (15 g)


  • Stir everything together well in a jar and refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
  • Enjoy topped with diced strawberries and a little whipped cream! My macros with toppings came to 298 cal, 16.4 fat, 23.8 carb, 17.1 protein, 10.5 fiber. See macros below for the pudding alone.
