Ingredients
24ozBagged cauliflower florets (672 g)
1cloveGarlic (or frozen cube)
1/4cupNonfat Greek yogurt (60 g)
1/4cupChopped chives (10 g)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Follow bag directions to steam in the bag. Mine is about 4 minutes per bag. You want it really nice and soft. Let sit for a few minutes, then dump into a bowl and mash it well with a fork.
Add greek or DF yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic, and chives and mash/stir till blended like potatoes. Enjoy!
