Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to
400
°F
for a few minutes.
If your fish is frozen, run under water for just a minute so the outside isn’t rock hard and the spices can stick to it. But you don’t need to thaw!
Mix spices together to create your blackening rub.
Split blakening rub evenly between the four filets.
Spray the tops with a spritz of olive oil spray.
Air-fry for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temp reaches
137
°F
. If your fish is already thawed, just adjust cooking time to 8-10 minutes.
Remove and let rest for a minute. Squeeze some fresh lemon over the top and enjoy!
