I’m a mommy by day and a mommy by night. Mostly I’m a mommy… but I’m also a serious lover of all things food. I started tracking my macros in October of 2016 fell in love with the scientific, unemotional approach… and the progress I saw! But I mourned the foods that I thought just wouldn’t fit anymore. Until I figured out that they COULD! Now, I’ve pretty much made it my mission to create delicious, simple, familiar meals, just like we’ve always enjoyed… with some minor tweaks to lighten them up! My family doesn’t even know the difference, but my love handles do.
