One of my favorite things to do with BBQ pulled pork leftovers!
*I had some leftover slaw I ended up tucking in and eating with it which is great if you have some left from pulled pork sandwiches.
*If you are a macro-counter and not sure how to track a trimmed fresh sandwich roll. Search “bolillo g” in MFP to find an option in grams. Look for one you can trust from walmart or some chain. It should be around 32 carbs for 65 g of bread. Finding “1 bolillo” could vary so much, it’s all about the weight for accuracy!
